Single-day charrette
The premise of the exercise was to design a house in a 6 meter cube, with a certain work of art in mind.
My choice was to make a house that would ‘guard’ an ancient hieroglyph, buried deep in a desert.
The house is supported by four hidraulic columns, extending the views when ‘guarding’, and lowering into the ground for protection and contemplation of the art.
